Cuisine Philosophy - Zoup! Eatery Franchise

a menu inspired by innovation & discovery

Since day one, our founders have remained passionate about creating soup with the mission to be undeniably better than “good enough”. This value applies not only to our soup, but everything we do, including creating opportunities for entrepreneurs through franchising.

Innovation is in our DNA. As a result, Zoup! has become the leader in soup and broth, strengthened by 20+ years of franchise industry growth. Whether it’s with ingredients, recipes or techniques, we constantly explore opportunities to delight our guests with delicious, healthy and craveable food crafted from clean label ingredients.

the “no good” list

Our really good soup begins with really good ingredients, which is why we craft our recipes with fresh, nutritious everything, from sources we know and trust. We developed a menu with the understanding of customers dietary restrictions and the growing demand of delicious food available for all types. We offer a wide variety of soups that are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or dairy free.
