Zoup celebrates grand opening at Airport Center

Lehigh Valley foodies will have to add a new stop to their lunch spot list. Fresh soup company Zoup celebrated its grand opening Monday in Hanover Township.
Zoup serves up variety for lunch, with 12 different soups to choose from daily. From decadent soups, such as Cheeseburger Royale, to healthy favorite Frontier 7 Bean, you're bound to find something to satisfy any craving. But the only way to pick your favorite is to sample.
"We want people to sample all our products so you can be 100 percent satisfied with what you order," said Leo Mariani, owner of Zoup.
With a dozen choices promised daily and a constantly changing menu, you may need to schedule a longer lunch break.
