Zoup!, a popular soup spot in Detroit, the Midwest and Northeast regions, is coming to Carmel. Carl and Millissa Kurcinka plan to open the restaurant this fall at 1430 W. Carmel Drive.
Zoup! will have hundreds of award-winning soups, with 12 rotating daily varieties, including at least one low-fat, vegetarian, dairy-free and spicy recipe.
The menu will include traditional favorites like chicken pot pie and lobster bisque, in addition to more unique soups like mulligatawny, cheeseburger royale and ginger butternut squash. Each order is served with a hunk of fresh-baked breads.
