Fall is the perfect time to add soup to your meal repertoire. Owners Matt and Andy have made this easy for you by opening Zoup! Matt experienced a Zoup! in Ohio, loved the concept, and shared his enthusiasm with friend and former co-worker, Andy. After researching the franchise, they opened this very welcoming location in Downers Grove. Twelve of 100 recipes are randomly rotated each day, and lobster bisque and chicken pot pie soup appear every day. Soups are grouped in ways that appeal to most tastes. Each day there is a chili, a vegetarian, a fish based, broth and cream based. Sometimes there is pasta. Seasonal recipes appear, such as gazpachos in warm weather. All are made with fresh ingredients daily. Can't decide? Here is the beauty of Zoup!... you can sample as many as you want before you order! Soups come with freshly baked bread, perfect for dipping. Sandwiches and salads are also available alone or as part of combos. They truly have something delicious for everyone. Nutritional information is posted for most items, and there are options for those with food allergies. We signed up for the daily e-menu so we know when the spicy crab, or the tomato bisque, or the 7-bean are available.
