Downers Grove, IL — Zoup! Fresh Soup Company open its first Illinois location on Jan. 17 at 2948 Finley Road in Downers Grove. The restaurant has 12 rotating daily varieties of soup, including at least one low-fat, vegetarian, dairy-free and spicy recipe. Each order is served with a hunk of fresh baked bread. The menu also includes made-to-order salads and sandwiches.
Catch movie and a dinner
In honor of movie awards season, Go Roma, with locations in Bolingbrook and Warrenville, will give $3 off any entree to customers who present a movie ticket or stub. There is a limit of one ticket per table and it is only available to those dining in.
Bar menu on tap at St. Charles restaurant
Bistro One West in St. Charles announces a new bar menu, available 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Items include starters like Toasted Tomato Focaccia, Shrimp Salad and Chicken Salad; and sandwich and entrée selections including Waygu Beef Hotdog, 100 percent Grass-fed Wagyu Burger, Smoked Bacon, Lettuce and Tomatoes Sandwich, Winter Vegetables, Pan-Seared Chicken and Cavatappi.
Geneva restaurant gets TV spotlight
