Soup’s not just for colds anymore. Zoup! has formed a food franchise, featuring dozens of dishes that put Campbell’s to shame. Free samples are provided for customers; they include all sorts of chili, vegetable blends and spicy rice-or-noodle concoctions with names grandma never heard of. There’s low-fat soup, spicy soup, chicken soup, beef soup, herb soup and many others rotated among 200 recipes. The Southfield location is spacious and comfortable, allowing for dine-in or carryout.
